The Old Pool Bum went out awhile ago to check the status of the pool, he was talking with the Apartment Manger and found out that the younger bum working in the bottom of the pool got the shock of his life, “that’s right.” He was in the pool barefooted and using some electrical tool and stepped into some water. “That is what I said” us old timers know that electricity and water does not mix to well. The old Bum didn’t get the full story, he must be ok, no one  is investigating anywhere around the pool.
